These Terms of Service govern your use of ocramedservices.org and the messages you receive from OcraMeD LLC (“OcraMeD,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
OcraMeD provides credit consulting and education, business funding preparation, and restaurant and hospitality consulting. Any paid services are described in a separate written agreement you sign before work begins, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
What we are not
- We are not a lender. Financing is provided by third-party lenders, who make all approval decisions and set all rates and terms.
- We are not a law firm or a financial advisor. Information on this site is general education, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation.
- We do not guarantee results. Outcomes depend on your credit history, income, the decisions of lenders and credit bureaus, and other factors outside our control. Client results shown on this site are examples, not typical or promised results.
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. No one can legally remove accurate, current and verifiable information from a credit report.
Eligibility and your information
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you will only connect credit monitoring accounts that belong to you.
Fees
We do not sell services through this website. Fees, payment timing and cancellation rights are explained on your strategy call and set out in your written agreement.

Limitation of liability

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information OcraMeD LLC (“OcraMeD,” “we,” “us”) collects through ocramedservices.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our Funding Readiness Quiz, our booking calendar, and the calls, texts and emails we send about your request.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, email address and mobile phone number.
- Quiz answers: your goals, estimated credit score range, business entity status, monthly income or revenue, restaurant details, funding target and timeline.
- Appointment details: the time you book and any notes you add when you schedule a call.
- Credit monitoring connection: if you choose to connect your credit monitoring account, the name of the service, your login for that account, the last 4 digits of your Social Security number, and the date you authorized access. We never ask for your full Social Security number on this website.
- Technical information: basic data your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you view. Our booking calendar may use cookies to work properly.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, review your situation and contact you about it.
- To schedule your strategy call and send appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To access your credit report through the monitoring account you connect, so we can review it with you and provide the services you sign up for.
- To send follow-up emails about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To send text messages, only if you agree to receive them (see “Text messages” below).
- To run, secure and improve our website, and to meet our legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that help us operate, under obligations to protect your information. These include our customer management and messaging platform, the software we use to review credit reports, and our website host.
- Lenders and funding partners, only with your permission and only when you ask us to help you apply.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
- A business transfer, if OcraMeD is merged or sold, subject to this policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive text messages, OcraMeD LLC will text you about your request, including appointment reminders, follow-ups and next steps. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. See our Terms of Service for full messaging terms.
Credit monitoring and affiliate links
Credit monitoring services such as IdentityIQ are run by independent companies with their own privacy policies. When you sign up through our link, you are dealing directly with that company, and we may earn a commission. If you connect your account, we use your login only to access your credit report for the services you request. You can change your monitoring password at any time, which ends our access.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it to serve you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, follow up on your request, and meet legal, tax and record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

- Emails: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correction or deletion: email info@ocramedservices.com or call (480) 205-4838. We will verify your identity before acting on the request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws, and we will honor them.

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
